This weekend, Hall of Fire continues on with the Return of the King, exploring the events of The Muster of Rohan.
‘Hail Lord of the Rohirrim, friend of Gondor!’ he said. ‘Hirgon I am, errand-rider of Denethor, who bring you this token of war. Gondor is in great need. Often the Rohirrim have aided us, but now the Lord Denethor asks for all your strength and all your speed; lest Gondor fall at last.’

Tomorrow (Saturday) at 5pm ET, Hall of Fire rejoins the action of the Return of the King. Events are moving quickly -– Sauron is on the move, and the muster of Rohan must occur soon if Minas Tirith is to survive.

Tomorrow (Saturday) at 5pm ET, in our weekly Hall of Fire chats we’ll be cracking open the first chapter of The Return of the King and joining Gandalf and Pippin as they ride through the night toward Minas Tirith.
As they ride, the beacons of Gondor summon Rohan to aid the city.
‘Mithrandir! Mithrandir!’ men cried. ‘Now we know that the storm is indeed nigh!’
‘It is upon you,’ said Gandalf. ‘I have ridden on its wings. Let me pass! I must come to your Lord Denethor, while his stewardship lasts. Whatever betide, you have come to the end of the Gondor that you have known. Let me pass!’
