The dwarves come out of Erebor

While you are seeing these images, you can hear Peter Jackson saying that “The Dwarves have just come out of the mountain. It’s all looking good, but suddenly boom! The news arrives, they find out that everything is going to get worse”.

[The elanillounico folks note: The exact quote of Peter Jackson is at 3 minutes and 30 seconds of the video. Their digital edition lacks English subtitles on the extras, so quotes may be a tiny bit off. I don’t own the EE myself.]

It could be possible that before Men and Elves reach Erebor, Bilbo and the Dwarves explore around the Lonely Mountain in search of water and food? It could be that Bilbo and his group were in Ravenhill guard-post?

They still wear the same clothes as in the end of the previous film, and these scenes could correspond to this that we saw in the teaser trailer.

It might be also possible that they come down to the city of Dale? And therefore, the image of Thorin in Dale that we believed belonged to a scene of Desolation Of Smaug Extended Edition, actually belongs to a scene of the third movie?

Gandalf and Galadriel in Dol Guldur

First, you can see an image of Ian McKellen with the action figure that serves as a double of Gandalf. It will be dragged by Galadriel at some point during the assault of the White Council to Dol Guldur.

[Editor’s note: The El Anillo Unico guys explain the that next pair of screencaps are ones for the Galadalf shippers — and I guess to drive everyone else nuts :D.]

The armour of the Dwarves

In this preview you can see some of the Dwarves clad in the armour that will be used in the movie. According to Graham McTavish, it’s “the Dwarf regal armor”.
