This past week marked the one-year anniversary of the devastating earthquake in Christchurch, New Zealand. On the Off Topic Discussion Board, Christchurch resident and long-time TORn member Starling marked the day with one of many letters she’s shared throughout the year of life after the quake. Always poignant and inspiring.
Have you ever wished you could tell one of the cast members Happy Birthday face to face? Well, TORn poster belleferret found a way to do that for Sean Astin, who just celebrated his 41st birthday. Weeks ago, belleferret asked us if we’d like to send her a picture telling him just that. She’s compiled everyone’s well wishes to share with Sean, including one very special greeting!!
