In anticipation of the November 1st release of The Lord of the Rings: War in the North, this video explores the worldwide fascination with the mystical world of Middle-earth.

Kunal Nayyar (The Big Bang Theory) reminisces about a particular episode of his hit sit-com that spoofed the film trilogy. Brian Posehn (The Sarah Silverman Show) muses on a world without The Lord of the Rings. Coming to the discussion from the gaming world, Miri Jedeikin (Electric Playground) explains videogames’s role in bringing the franchise to new audiences…while speaking to her own discovery of The Lord of the Rings, noting its references within Led Zeppelin’s music.
