Robbi writes: The Florida Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Markus Huber, will perform The Lord of the Rings Symphony on February 21 and 22, 2007 at the Mahaffey Theater in St. Petersburg, Florida. This will be the first performance of the Symphony in Florida! The symphony, composed by Howard Shore, is two hours of music taken from the trilogy and uses the illustrations of Alan Lee and John Howe to accompany the musical journey through Middle Earth.
